A few extra things worth knowing.

Funding, launch timing, and how to get involved before everyone else does.

Funding

What funding can cover.

Where cost is genuinely standing between a student and an internship, Internready helps close it. A few examples of what's in scope:

Transport

Bus, train or fuel costs to get to an interview, assessment day or the first weeks of a role.

Interview clothing

Smart clothing for an interview or assessment centre, where you don't already have something suitable.

Required course or certificate

A required course, ticket, or certificate a role asks for that sits outside our free course library.

Equipment or tools

Basic kit needed to start a role: safety boots, a uniform, or tools for a trade placement.

Something else

Not seeing what you need? Tell us and we'll take a look.

Note: funding is aimed at qualifying individuals. Set eligibility requirements will be confirmed when the platform launches.

Launch

Where things stand right now.

A transparent view of the timeline, no vanity metrics, just milestones.

Research & concept

Completed. The core matching and track logic was shaped by talking to students and hiring teams directly.

Platform build

In progress. Building out student profiles, employer role definitions, and the matching engine.

Waitlist open

Live now. Founding students are joining ahead of full launch.

Student launch

Coming next. Waitlist students get first access, before the platform opens more widely.

Ambassadors

Help bring Internready to your university.

Ambassadors are students who help get the word out on campus, represent Internready to their peers, and get early access and perks in return.

Represent your university

Be the first point of contact for Internready on campus, spreading the word among your course, societies, and networks.

Early access, always

Ambassadors get first look at new features and roles before they reach the rest of the waitlist.

Something for your CV, too

Real experience helping launch a startup, plus perks and recognition as the programme takes shape.
